Why book this with us

The honest version.

Dealership logbook service maintains your warranty and resale value, but it routinely costs double what an independent specialist charges for the same work. We are staffed by Mercedes-Benz and European-marque technicians using the same diagnostic tools, the same OEM parts, and the same manufacturer-spec fluids the dealerships do. The stamp counts. The bill doesn't have to.

Logbook Service · FAQ

The questions we get most.

Is your logbook stamp accepted by the manufacturer for warranty purposes?
Yes — provided we use genuine or OEM-equivalent parts and follow the manufacturer's specified service items at the correct intervals, your stamp is fully valid for warranty. We document fluid grades, part numbers, and torque specs on the invoice in case the dealer ever queries.
Why are you cheaper than the dealer for the same work?
Lower overhead, no dealership margin, no commission-driven service advisors. We do the same work to the same spec — the difference is structural, not in quality. Most of our customers save 30–50% versus their previous dealer service experience.
Will service history at an independent specialist affect resale value?
Not when it's documented properly. A complete, stamped service book from a marque specialist with itemised invoices is at least as valuable on resale as a dealer-only history — sometimes more, because buyers can see exactly what was done. The damage to resale comes from gaps or missing stamps, not from independent specialists.
What's actually included that the dealer might charge extra for?
We include a full visual inspection, fluid top-ups, brake-pad and rotor measurement, battery test, and a written report with photos of anything we find. Dealerships often itemise these as 'menu items' on top of the base service price. We don't.
