Mechanic working under a vehicle
Naarm Autohaus

Vehicle Maintenance.

Mechanical service for European prestige.

Logbook servicing, repairs, roadworthy inspections and performance tuning for Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche and other European prestige marques. Done to the standard your warranty and resale need — without the dealership markup.

Specialist tools.
Specialist hands.

Most workshops can change oil. Fewer can run XENTRY on a Mercedes, ISTA on a BMW, or ODIS on an Audi without guessing. We do — because the diagnostics tell us what the problem actually is, and that's the difference between a $200 repair and a $2,000 chase. Our team brings 12+ years of European-marque experience and certified training before they touch your car.

We use Petronas engine oils to manufacturer specification, plus Liqui Moly specialist treatments for engine flush, fuel injector cleaning, diesel system care and intake decarbon. OEM parts. The service-book stamp is real. The bill is honest.

Frequently asked

Maintenance FAQs.

Will servicing here void my new-car warranty?
No. Under Australian Consumer Law, you can service your car at any qualified workshop using genuine or OEM-equivalent parts and your manufacturer warranty stays intact — the ACCC has been explicit about this. We stamp your logbook to manufacturer specification, use OEM parts and Petronas engine oils to manufacturer specification, and document every job. Your warranty isn't a dealership monopoly.
Do you service my make and model?
We specialise in Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, MINI, Volvo, Land Rover, Jaguar and Tesla. We also service most other European and Japanese passenger vehicles. If your car is exotic, modified, or pre-1995, give us a call before booking so we can confirm parts availability.
Do you use genuine parts?
We use genuine OEM parts where it matters (filters, sensors, electronics, anything safety-critical) and OEM-equivalent parts where they're functionally identical at a fraction of the cost (consumables like wipers, brake pads, light bulbs). We list every part on your invoice — what brand, what part number — so there are no surprises.
How much is a service?
Logbook services start from $380, with the final price depending on what the manufacturer schedule calls for at your specific interval. All other mechanical work is quoted in writing after a brief inspection — no open-ended hourly rates, no surprises on collection.
How long will my car be with you?
Basic service: 1.5–2 hours. Logbook service: 2–4 hours. Roadworthy: 1–2 hours. Larger repairs (suspension overhaul, head gasket, full brake refresh) usually run half-day to two days. We'll give you a realistic timeline at the quote stage.
Do you offer a courtesy car?
We have loan vehicles available by arrangement for jobs over a day — call or message us to confirm availability before you book. For shorter jobs, the workshop is a 10-minute Uber from the Sunshine train station.
Are you a licensed VicRoads Vehicle Tester?
Yes — we're licensed to issue Roadworthy Certificates compliant with VicRoads requirements. Same-day in most cases. If your car doesn't pass, you get a written list of what needs rectifying — no upsells, no pressure to fix it here.
Do you warranty your work?
Yes. 12 months or 20,000km on all mechanical work, whichever comes first. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty on top of that.
How do I book? Do I need to be there?
Book online via the booking form, or call/WhatsApp us directly. You drop the car in, leave the key, and we call you with the diagnosis and quote before any work starts. Most customers wait in our reception or come back at pickup time.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, EFTPOS, Visa/Mastercard, and bank transfer. A small surcharge applies for card transactions. Payment is on collection — we don't take deposits for standard service work.
